Product Introduction
The upper slider is an integral panel equipped with deflection compensation mechanism to ensure getting higher bending accuracy. The hydraulic press brake (hydraulic bending machine) is extensively used for bending and processing sheet metals in automobile, machinery, shipbuilding, electronics, light industry and decoration industry.

The upper die of the hydraulic bending machine is equipped with deflection compensating mechanism, which can ensure high bending precision.
Mechanical stop and torsion axis are synchronized with high accuracy.

DA-41 is a special two-axis CNC system for torsion axis synchronization bending machine. Adopting the latest electronic technology, it provides a number of unique solutions for bender slider, back gauge and input/output flexible definition. This system can use servo motor, double-speed AC motor, VVVF and multiple axis control modes. Depending on its application, bi-directional positioning or one-way positioning that can eliminate screw gap. The high-definition LCD display provides clear and easy operation interface. It also owns data programming for inputting angle and mold parameters. Operators can complete full-screen editing through tables. The bending parameters can be selected through a user-friendly operating cursor.
