The mechanical high-speed punching machine has a large moving inertia and a long acceleration time, but within a certain range, the weight of the flywheel can be increased to increase the impact force.
2. Hydraulic high-speed punching machine: The hydraulic transmission system is adopted, and the power is transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic device such as the oil pump, and the oil is used to control the strength, speed and stability of the processing work. The hydraulic high-speed punch press has fast response speed, more precise energy movement and control, but it is difficult to maintain and debug, and the oil system is more likely to cause environmental pollution.
